Experiences

I became familiar with Saran Gallery, which made handmade wooden items of furniture for private costumers, in my first year of my studies. Their product was exclusive to every client. My role in that company was so exciting since I was the CEO's right hand and had heavy responsibilities. I visited the buyer houses or offices and took that space in details and pictures to draw it in AutoCAD. After that, we offered them different styles of interior design and made them the furniture they want. I was also in charge of their social media such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and their Website. Also, I designed the company's specific contract styles using Microsoft Word and Photoshop, so anyone working after me just had to fill out forms for selling the items. I spent one month in their factory learning about the different types of woods, colouring styles, and fabrics to discuss these things to clients when offering them our products.
I chose my primary academic path concerning my interest in mathematics. Its strategical innovation among finding logic and obeying rules has always magnified me. Also having discipline kept me away from chaos. Choosing architecture was my solution in difficulties of reaching to my passion for a career. However, I began to doubt my choice because I couldn't look at artistic exercises as a perfect fit for my personality. Mind games and puzzles attracted me. That was when I found other aspects of my studies in my Human, Nature and Architecture class during my bachelor degree at the Azad University of Mashhad, Iran. It addressed architecture in relation to environmental issues and its connection with people.

After a year As my teacher advised me, I started an internship in a well-known office that provided BMS for various projects and worked at that time in a partnership with Siemens Company. This was an extraordinary opportunity which made me focus on energy policy, climate effect, profitability, market value, and human connections. I was in charge of talking to stakeholders, and they knew company by my face, so besides technicalities, it enhanced my communication skills perfectly. I was also involved in holding an exhibition in Building and Technical Engineering Services, Installation, Cooling and Heating System (Iran Build show 2016) as an event organizer and sale manager. They awarded us as the best booth in the design function.

Despite my academic performance in getting my bachelor I also was the representative of my class and even got elected as student council president and took a large number of responsibilities in presenting entertainment works, holding software workshops for freshmen students, and holding meetings for improvement of our facility with professors and utilities of the university. I test my eagerness for being a leader in my years of volunteering works in student union as representative of women in our committee, and I can say that it suited me well.
These activities helped me to get in touch with famous architects in my region. As a result of my volunteer works, one of my professors offered me a position in managing lectures of his company. Gathering famous and successful Iranian architects worldwide and establishing conditions for their lectures were some of this company's achievements. I played the role of organizer and also opener speaker for their presentations. There are still many tasks that should be done to improve academic knowledge outside the university for young architects of my town, and I am thrilled that I am taking part in it.

In 4th year of studying my bachelor, I found out that I can combine these knowledge topics, which led me to my current job at Sazvarno. I started working there as an intern who I was mostly in charge of planning, modelling, rendering and learning how to organize, manage, and control a project. After graduation, I was recruited there and started my first job in project scope management and marketing. Now I am in charge of creating WBS, planning baseline, assigning resources and working in relation with my senior management. As a result of taking this job, I can mention forming a professional figure capable of operating within the entire building process (design, construction, maintains and management), with specific insights into the knowledge required to manage real estate assets. I am also involved in the marketing of the company handling their social media and website.
My Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate Management was finished in the year 2023. The course was conducted for one year at Helsinki Metropolia University Of Applied Sciences and one year at HTW Berlin.
The outcome of this academic degree was a master's thesis written about BIM potential in REM in Germany.

During my second year of studies in Berlin, Germany I started working in a Real Estate Management startup named Upmin Management GmbH as a Venture Architect Intern for one year. After finishing my study I continued working at Upmin as a Junior Business Development Manager for several months.

After Upmin GmbH faced challenges in the fierce economic landscape of Berlin's startup scene in 2023, I embarked on a new journey by joining Habyt as an intern in the ops team. Over the course of six months, I immersed myself in the operations side of the business, gaining valuable insights and experience. Subsequently, I transitioned to the Project Management team, where my responsibilities expanded to include traveling across Europe to onboard diverse projects. In this role, I played a crucial part in project design, financial management, and timeline supervision. My efforts contributed to presenting these projects as attractive rental opportunities. This dynamic experience not only broadened my skill set but also exposed me to the intricacies of managing projects on an international scale.
